Quotations
All quotations are:
- Free of charge
- Subject to vehicle inspection where necessary
- Valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise
Bookings
Installation dates are agreed with customers individually.
Whilst every effort is made to meet agreed appointment times, delays outside our control may occasionally occur.
Vehicle Compatibility
Some products are vehicle specific.
Recommendations are made based on the information provided by the customer.
Warranty
Manufacturer warranties for supplied products remain subject to the manufacturer's own terms and conditions.
Installation workmanship is covered in accordance with the warranty provided at the time of installation.
Payments
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Products remain the property of Protegra until paid for in full where applicable.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure:
- Accurate vehicle information is provided.
- The vehicle is available at the agreed location.
- Safe access is available for installation.
Liability
Whilst every reasonable care is taken during installation, Protegra shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses beyond those required by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, branding, graphics and logos, remains the property of Protegra unless otherwise stated.
No material may be copied without written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
